[livejournal.com profile] ___rawr wrote it best in her LJ, but no matter what happens he'll still be my favorite wrestler of all time and in the end... nothing can change my memories. I stopped listening to music the night Eddie died (strange, I know if you know how much I crave the stimulus of music) but, I've had all my John Mellencamp records on tonight because I need something familiar to listen to. And, obviously, block out the thoughts.

Just try to live each and every precious moment
Don't be discouraged by the future; forget the past
Thats old advice but it'll be good to you

John Mellencamp - Between A Laugh & A Tear

I'm going to be gone for another vacation, so I'll talk to you all on Friday.
As we know, I've got OCD. And I make folders for times like this, and I just made one called "Chris Benoit, I love you." and I finally started crying. I've been in shock. I was in the middle of downloading a Joey Mercury match (whom I worry about more than I should) and that had to stop because this is so horrible. I've had to run to the bathroom a bunch of times already in TMI time. Man.

RIP Chris Benoit. I can't make one of those RIP icons yet, because I still refuse to believe it.

Benoit is a World Wrestling Entertainment wrestler.
